DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS
Shipments will be made via CTT Express, UPS and/or Amazon logistics, depending on the order.
Free shipping to mainland Spain.
For shipments to member countries of the European Union and/or the Balearic Islands, the shipping cost is €10.
At the moment, we do NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user, deliveries from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Deliveries are normally made within 24 to 48 hours. There may be slight variations in delivery times under special circumstances, such as the November to January season due to Black Friday and Christmas holidays, or national holidays like Easter. During these periods, transport companies may experience slight delays due to increased workload, and we ask for your understanding and patience. If the product is unavailable, the user will be informed of this within the stated timeframe. In such cases, the delivery time may be extended to a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date the order was placed, unless the user expresses their dissatisfaction within 48 hours of being informed of the product's unavailability. In that case, an immediate refund of any amounts paid will be issued.
POLIFENOLES MEDITERRÁNEO, SL assumes no responsibility if the delivery of the product cannot be made as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for other reasons attributable to the recipient (e.g. absence).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, POLIFENOLES MEDITERRÁNEO, SL, will take the measures required of a diligent merchant to ensure that delivery can be made within the agreed time, and if this is not possible, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of both the sender and the recipient, and therefore no liability can be attributed to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at (Add relevant email address) and send your item to: (Relevant address). The product price will be refunded using the original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR TERMINATION

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. “Download withdrawal form” To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of this right before the withdrawal period has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us directly without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before it expires.
