Spisar® spinach extract is obtained from spinach leaves Spinacia oleracea L. through an environmentally friendly extraction process. It is standardized in 20-hydroxyecdysone (20E), a natural phytoecdysteroid that has been studied for its ability to:

  • Improve muscle strength and endurance in combination with physical training.
  • Contribute to muscle health during aging, reducing the loss of mass and physical function.
  • Support overall physical performance, especially in adults who exercise regularly.

In addition, spinach as a plant is naturally rich in micronutrients such as vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that contribute to overall well-being.
