The user and access passwords are the same as before, however, if it does not work, you can request a new one by doing the following steps:

Step 1:
Click on the “My account” button.

Step 2:
Click on “Forgot password?”

Step 3:

Enter your email or username.

Step 4:

Click on “Reset password” and you will receive a link to your email to change your password. If you do not see it, please check if it is in the spam folder of your email and click on “It is not spam”.
