How to buy online
In the Products section, in the menu bar, to the upper left, you'll find the entire Granatum Plus range. Click on the product you wish to buy. Next, you'll be shown the product you selected with the corresponding number of units and packs. Select the one you want using the option Add to basket. Repeat the above steps until your Basket contains all the products you want to buy. In the border, to the upper right, you can click on your Basket and see all the products you've selected. If you wish to remove one, click the "x" symbol next to the amount and your order will automatically update itself. Once you have all of the products in your Basket, select the Check out option. On the next screen, you'll see a table showing a summary of your purchase. You can add more units of the same product in the Quantity column. You will also find the Delete option again, in case you spot a mistake. If you wish to add a new product that you forget to add earlier, click Continue shopping and repeat the steps described above to Add to basket. If everything is correct, click Next.
If you are already a customer, enter your email and password to identify yourself. If you are not a customer, select the option Create an account and fill in the Form. Next, if the Invoicing details are different to the Shipping ones, please fill in the corresponding boxes, giving the different addresses. You can also add a Comment in the text box available for that purpose. Click Next.
In the event of dispatches to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla and countries of the European Union, except the Spanish peninsula, there will be a charge of 10 euros to cover delivery costs.
Select the Shipping method and if you are in agreement, Accept the general conditions of sale. Click Next. Select your desired payment method: Cash on delivery, Paypal, Credit card or Bank transfer. If your order summary is correct, click Confirm my order.
Congratulations! Your order is now being processed and will be delivered within the estimated time, depending on the destination.
